The breakfast, location, and staff were excellent. I appreciated the amenities in the room and the thoughtful provision of soaps and even mouthwash. The bed was comfortable, the black-out curtains really worked (got excellent sleep), and the views were amazing.

Hotel staff were very efficient and very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and inviting and the breakfast area wonderful and spotless. Happy there was coffee, etc., available at all hours.

I had to ask each day for something they had run out of on the breakfast bar ; I will add the young man was very happy to cook additional items or fill the coffee carafe. Location is convenient, bed was very comfortable and room was quiet.

The hotel staff from breakfast to housekeeping were all exceptional, friendly, helpful. Hotel is on top of mountain and looks out over other mountain tops so pretty. Hotel is so clean. Free coffee and for me that is a biggy, it is fresh all the time morning, noon and night.

When we arrived at night, right before bed, it was very inviting having cookies waiting for us in the lobby after all the driving we did that day. It made my my children happy.

Breakfast was very good. Several choices of hot food and also cereals and sweet rolls. I would liked to have a choice of bacon along with the sausage. There was a good selections juice and milk products. The location was excellent because it was close of West Jefferson and driving distance to Boone and Blowing Rock.

Good hotel for your Blue Ridge Parkway trip. We really enjoyed the town.
